Community:  Packaged Goods


Business Challenge:  C_Space, formerly Communispace, a division of Omnicom Group, sought to offer their top consumer packaged goods clients a quantitative tool with qualitative elements to reduce the time required to test concepts and, in turn, increase engagement with their panel members.

Approach:  To meet this need, C_Space selected a partnership with Consensus Point.  Using the Huunu platform, Huunu efficiently and accurately sorted new product concepts more concisely than a traditional survey and without the need for large, target market dependent samples. In less than 48 hours and with fewer than 200 respondents, consensus was reached and concepts were ranked.

Results:  The outcome matched the results of a 3,700 person survey taken the week prior. Huunu continues to empower C_Space to deliver trusted results more efficiently than ever before.
